Jennifer Santos, Co-Founder and CEO of Radtak Solutions, leads the company’s strategy and growth by combining her business management background with over eight years of experience in operational and administrative leadership. Before launching Radtak, she held roles at Intel and Applied Materials, where she excelled in managing complex projects and improving operational efficiency.
Her passion for technology began unexpectedly while she was a pre-med student working at an MSP, a turning point that led her to transition into business management. After relocating to Austin with her husband, Jose, she dedicated herself fully to Radtak Solutions. Under her leadership, the company has grown from a small startup into a trusted, innovative provider of IT services known for reliability and excellence.
