Project work, in ranges
Project pricing depends on what we find, so these are ranges rather than quotes. Most projects land mid-range or below. Project work is $135 per hour, or $120 per hour on prepaid blocks of 20 hours or more. Security and compliance work — penetration testing, SOC 2, vulnerability assessment — is $195 per hour.
SOC 2 readiness
Gap assessment, control implementation, evidence collection and audit support. $8,000 – $25,000
Cloud and Azure migration
Moving workloads to Azure or AWS, with identity and network design. $5,000 – $20,000

What the Austin market charges
Most managed IT providers make you sit through a discovery call before they will say a number. Here is the market data instead. Independent 2026 pricing surveys put fully managed IT in the Austin area at roughly $125–$275 per user per month, with most small and mid-sized businesses landing between $125 and $200. Security- and compliance-heavy engagements trend toward the upper band, and co-managed arrangements — where we work alongside your internal IT — typically run lower, around $75–$140 per user.
What moves the number is scope: coverage hours, the depth of the security stack, and compliance support. Two quotes at the same per-user rate can describe very different services, which is why we put ours in writing.
