Who We Are
Radtak Solutions LLC is an information technology consultancy and managed service provider based in Austin, Texas. In this policy, “we” and “Radtak” mean Radtak Solutions LLC. Our registered address is 7600 Chevy Chase Dr, Suite 300, Austin, TX 78752. You can reach us at privacy@radtak.com or (737) 727-0020.
This policy covers radtak.com. It does not cover the systems we manage on behalf of clients, which are governed by our Master Services Agreement and Services Guide.
Information You Give Us
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you type into it:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide one
- The service category you select, where the form offers one
- Whatever you write in the message field
We ask for a work email because we are a business-to-business company. Please do not send us sensitive personal information — health data, government identifiers, financial account numbers — through a website form. It is not the right channel for it.
Information We Collect Automatically
When you submit a form, our server also records a small amount of technical context:
- Your IP address, used to enforce rate limits and block automated abuse
- The page you submitted from, so we know which part of the site prompted you to get in touch
- The referring website and any campaign parameters in the URL, so we can tell how you found us
If you consent to analytics, our analytics provider also collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device type and browser. See the Cookies section below.
Why We Use It
We use the information for a small and specific set of purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry and, if it goes further, delivering services to you
- Sending you a confirmation that your message arrived
- Preventing spam, abuse and automated submissions
- Understanding which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to build profiles for targeted advertising.
Who Processes It On Our Behalf
We use a small number of established providers to run this site. Each processes data only to provide its service to us:
- Vercel — hosts the website, runs the form endpoint, and measures aggregate page traffic without cookies
- Supabase — stores enquiry records in a managed database
- Resend — delivers the confirmation and notification emails
- Anthropic — processes messages you type into RadAI, our website chat assistant, to generate its replies
- Microsoft 365 — our business email, where your enquiry lands and where any reply comes from
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement, loaded only if you consent
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session replay and heatmaps, loaded only if you consent
We may add or change providers as our systems evolve. When we do, we update this list.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have a reasonable business reason to, and no longer. In practice that means up to 24 months from your last contact with us if the enquiry does not become an engagement. If you become a client, we keep records for the life of the relationship and for the period our contract and applicable law require afterwards.
Conversations with RadAI, our website chat assistant, are stored so we can review answer quality and improve the assistant. We delete chat transcripts after 90 days, unless the conversation becomes an enquiry — in that case the enquiry retention above applies to the enquiry record.
Our pricing calculator saves the equipment counts you enter so we can understand which environments visitors are pricing and keep our published ranges accurate. These records hold no name or email address unless you ask us to send you the estimate. We delete them after 90 days. If you do ask for the estimate by email, the details you give us become an enquiry record and the enquiry retention above applies instead.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.
Your Rights
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to obtain a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, to have it deleted, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal effects. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, so those last rights have nothing to opt out of — but the right exists and we will honor it.
Residents of other states and countries may have comparable rights under their own laws. We apply the same process to everyone rather than sorting requests by geography.
To make a request, email privacy@radtak.com. We will verify that the request comes from you or someone authorized to act for you, and respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, we will explain why and how you can appeal.
Cookies and Analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies unless you allow them. When you first visit, you are asked whether to allow analytics. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no cookie-based analytics data is collected. Our hosting provider separately counts page views without cookies and without storing anything on your device — that measurement is aggregate, is not linked to you, and runs whether or not you consent. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.
The only storage we use without asking is the record of that choice itself, which is strictly necessary to respect your decision.
If you allow analytics, one of our tools (Microsoft Clarity) records an anonymised replay of your visit — the pages you moved through, where you scrolled and what you clicked. This helps us find parts of the site that are confusing. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not captured in the replay, and the recording is not linked to your name. If you decline, no recording is made at all.
You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page. You can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings.
Security
We use TLS encryption for all traffic to this site, validate and rate-limit form submissions server-side, and restrict access to enquiry data to the people at Radtak who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Sites
Our site links to third-party sites, including our own social media profiles and partner resources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page rather than made silently.
