Terms of Use
The rules for using this website. Services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.

Acceptance
By using radtak.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
This Site Is Not a Services Agreement
Everything on this site is marketing and general information. Nothing here creates a contract, an engagement, or an obligation to deliver services. Descriptions of what we do, timelines we mention, and outcomes we describe from past work are illustrative — they are not commitments or guarantees of similar results for you.
If we work together, the relationship is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and this page differ, that agreement controls.
No Professional Advice
Content on this site, including anything we write about security, compliance, SOC 2 or technology decisions, is general information. It is not legal advice, not audit advice, and not a substitute for professional judgment applied to your specific circumstances. We are not a CPA firm and we do not issue audit opinions. SOC 2 attestations are issued by independent auditors, not by Radtak.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. We do not warrant that everything here is complete, current or error-free. Pricing, availability, service descriptions and third-party product capabilities change without notice.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, text, graphics and code on this site are owned by Radtak Solutions LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish, sell, or use our content commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Third-party names and marks that appear on this site — including Microsoft, Drata, and others — are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here indicates the products we work with and does not imply endorsement of Radtak by those companies except where we state a specific partnership or reseller relationship.
Submissions
If you send us an enquiry, feedback, or an idea through this site, you grant us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it. Do not send us confidential information through a web form. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit false information, or impersonate another person or company
- Send automated, bulk, or abusive form submissions
- Probe, scan or test the security of the site or attempt to defeat its protections
- Interfere with the site’s operation or with other users’ access to it
- Scrape or harvest content or contact information for commercial purposes
If you are a security researcher and you find a vulnerability, we would rather hear from you than not. Email security@radtak.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
Third-Party Links
This site links to other websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radtak Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site — even if we have been advised such damages are possible. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from this site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
